Agreement & Eligibility

Memori is for individuals who can enter a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws. Creating an account means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you represent an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to this agreement.

Your Account

  • Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support <at> memoriapp <dot> com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

  • Add Memoris only from conversations where you have the legal right and consent to do so.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Do not disrupt the service or its security features.

Your Content & Rights

You own your conversations and insights. By using Memori, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the service.

We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve features and performance.

Services & Changes

We may add, modify, or discontinue features. We will aim to give notice when changes materially affect your use. Continued use means acceptance.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, misuse, or risks to other users. You may close your account at any time.

Disclaimers & Liability

Memori is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions — in those cases, liability is capped at what the law allows.

Governing Law

Governed by California law. Disputes resolved in state or federal courts in Santa Cruz County, California.
