Agreement & Eligibility
Memori is designed for individuals who are able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws. Creating an account or using the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you represent an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to this agreement.
Your Account
- Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@memori.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
- Record only conversations where you have the legal right and consent to do so.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Avoid interfering with or disrupting the service, including security or network features.
Your Content & Rights
You retain ownership of the conversations, recordings, and insights you create. By using Memori you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the service.
We may use aggregated and de-identified data to enhance product features and performance.
Services & Changes
We may introduce new features, modify existing ones, or discontinue parts of the service. We will aim to provide notice when changes materially impact your use of Memori.
Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
Suspension & Termination
We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or risk the security of other users. You may close your account at any time.
Upon termination, we may retain limited information as required by law or legitimate business needs.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Memori is provided as-is without warranties of uninterrupted availability or accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so the above may not apply to you. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum amount permitted by law.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless both parties agree to an alternative venue.
