Memori is written and maintained by a single developer. The database is secured and only accessible by the developer. As the developer, I have a personal commitment to protecting your privacy and data.

Unless compelled by law, or by explicit and immediate personal safety concerns, your data will not be shared with anyone, nor will I go in and read it myself or share it with anyone. It will not be sold, nor will you be personally identified.

Below is a boilerplate privacy policy - which I need to put up as a developer - but please understand my personal committment to your own work and your data privacy. I promise to do my best to keep your data and your experience safe.

Your Choices & Controls

You stay in control of your information:

  • Manage, download, or delete conversations and chats and their related data directly from your dashboard.
  • Update account preferences and notification settings at any time - or fully delete all your data.

Sharing & Disclosure

We never sell your personal data. We only share information when:

  • Compliance with law or responding to lawful government requests is required.
  • An immediate and explicit safety concern is identified and needs to be addressed.
  • You explicitly authorize sharing with collaborators or trusted contacts.

Data Security & Retention

We apply encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring to protect stored and in-transit information. Conversations remain in your account until you delete them or request removal.

If we ever identify a security risk, we will notify affected users and work swiftly to resolve the issue.

International Users

Memori is operated from the United States. If you access the service from another region, you consent to processing and storage in the U.S. and any other country where we or our providers maintain facilities.
