Privacy at Memori

Memori is for sensitive conversations. Privacy is foundational — not a footnote.

Conversations stay private to your account. We do not train on your data. We do not pass your identity to LLM providers.

What We Collect

Only what is needed to run Memori:

  • Account information: name, email, authentication details.
  • Your Memoris — audio, transcripts, summaries, speaker profiles.
  • Limited device and usage data to keep the service reliable.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not train language models on your conversations or chats.
  • We do not send your account information to LLM providers.

How We Use Providers

We use third-party providers for transcription and AI responses. When we do:

  • We send only the relevant content that the feature needs.
  • Account identity stays separate and is never sent to LLM providers.

Your Controls

  • Delete Memoris, chats, and related data at any time from within the app.
  • Update account preferences at any time.
  • Request full or partial data deletion at any time: support <at> memoriapp <dot> com

Sharing & Disclosure

We never sell your data. We share only what is necessary to operate the service, comply with law, or respond to an immediate safety issue. We do not share your account information with LLM providers.

Security & Retention

Encryption and access controls protect data in transit. Your conversations remain in your account until you delete them.

Consent & Responsible Use

Only add Memoris from conversations where you have the right to do so and where everyone involved has given the required consent. Laws vary by jurisdiction — when in doubt, ask.
